Cruise Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that cruise itineraries can change due to weather, port conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your cruise ship is unable to dock in The Bahamas and your order cannot be fulfilled, Tourist Marketplace will immediately process a refund for your purchase. The only amount that will not be refunded is the 7% marketplace service fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing charges and the costs of securely processing and managing your order.
Once your refund has been processed, it will be returned to your original payment method. While we issue refunds as quickly as possible, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider. Most refunds are reflected within 5–10 business days, although some financial institutions may process them sooner.
